Resident Manager

Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Resident Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional living experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize property occupancy and maintain high standards of property maintenance.
  • Manage resident contracting, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legislation.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Oversee the move-out process, including deposit release and ensuring a smooth transition for departing residents.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with residents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and industry-related systems.
