About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to lead our Skincare team in creating innovative and sustainable products that meet the needs of our environmentally conscious consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the development of new skincare products, ensuring alignment with our brand's ethos of natural and ethical beauty solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and formulate high-quality, eco-friendly skincare products that meet our Infinite Purpose.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with current trends, consumer needs, and ingredient innovations in the skincare industry.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting our high standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and materials.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product development, with a focus on skincare and natural ingredients.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards in skincare and cosmetics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
