About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to lead our Skincare team in creating innovative and sustainable products that meet the needs of our environmentally conscious consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the development of new skincare products, ensuring alignment with our brand's ethos of natural and ethical beauty solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, production, and packaging, to ensure a seamless development process.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with current trends, consumer needs, and ingredient innovations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure access to high-quality ingredients and materials.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform product development and optimization strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product development, with a focus on skincare and beauty products.
  • Strong understanding of formulation, market trends, and regulatory requirements in the skincare industry.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
