About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Skincare Product Development Manager to join our team at Tropic Skincare. As a key member of our New Product Development (NPD) team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our skincare range, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality, sustainability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the development of our skincare range, ensuring alignment with our brand's ethos and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, production, and packaging, to ensure seamless development processes.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer needs, and ingredient innovations that will drive our product development.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure access to high-quality ingredients and innovative technologies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform product development and optimization strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in skincare product development, with a strong understanding of formulation, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements in skincare and cosmetics.
