About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to lead our Skincare team in creating innovative, sustainable, and effective products that meet the needs of our environmentally conscious consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the Skincare product range, ensuring alignment with our Infinite Purpose and commitment to sustainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, formulate, and launch new Skincare products that meet our high standards and timelines.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer needs, and ingredient innovations.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to optimize product performance and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging content, training materials, and promotional strategies to highlight the unique qualities of our products.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Skincare product development, with a strong background in formulation and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across various departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements in Skincare and cosmetics.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
