Ambulance Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Ambulance Care Assistant - Band 3 Role. As a key member of our Patient Transport Service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of patients to and from medical appointments.
As an Ambulance Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, adhering to strict safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for patients during transportation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Transporting patients to and from medical appointments in a safe and timely manner
- Providing excellent patient care, including administering oxygen and other medical treatments as required
- Conducting daily vehicle checks to ensure the ambulance is roadworthy
- Maintaining accurate records of patient information and transportation details
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Full manual UK driving license with no more than 3 points for speeding
- Community First Responder Qualified
- GCSE at grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths or English or demonstrable experience
