Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of People Analytics to join our team at Allegis Global Solutions. As a key member of our European HR team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing processes for collating and analysing people data from internal and external sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain MI and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision making in HR and the business.
  • Design and implement reports, analyses, and dashboards that enable data-driven decision making.
  • Update and deliver weekly and monthly dashboards and reports to HR and business stakeholders.
  • Make proactive suggestions to the wider business and HRBPs for HR initiatives based on data analysis.
  • Lead on Reward and Compensation analysis, including analysis of performance and compensation data.
  • Support with workforce planning management as required.
  • Produce regular reporting for HR and Business stakeholders.
  • Maintain accuracy in the workforce plan regionally.
  • Manage all recruiting approvals via Workday.
  • Support on WPIC requests.
  • Reconcile the workforce plans and create monthly reporting.
Requirements
  • Highly competent in Workforce Planning and Management Information.
  • Highly numerically literate and skilled in data manipulation and presentation.
  • Familiarity with Workday, Tableau, and SQL databases a plus.
  • Experience of HR project processes in a shared services function a plus.
  • Ability to engage with HR functions to improve processes, systems, and structures.
  • Strong organisation skills – ability to project manage, multitask, and prioritise effectively.
  • Degree level intellect.
What We Offer

This is a hybrid position, allowing you to alternate time between remote and office work. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
