About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Support Office Analyst to join our team at Smart DCC. As a Programme Support Office Analyst, you will play a key role in providing value-add services and governance to ensure the successful delivery of programme and project plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide data analysis and decision-making support to the programme team.
  • Identify and implement process improvements based on experience and evaluation of activities.
  • Deputise for the PSO Manager as and when required at internal and external forums.
  • Run programme support activities, including planning meetings, preparing agendas, and sending pre-reading to attendees.
  • Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, ensuring clear mitigations are in place.
  • Produce reports within the reporting cadence and calendar, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and appropriate.
Requirements
  • Good experience in a similar role, with experience of working in complex, fast-paced, Portfolio or Programme Office environments.
  • Results-driven, delivery-focused PSO professionals with strong working knowledge of best practice, risk and issue management, project governance, planning, budgeting, reporting, and change control disciplines.
  • Broad experience of working in programme and project-based environments, utilising recognised Programme and Project Management (PPM) methodologies.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and relationship development and management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, help shape solutions to problems, and appropriately prioritise activities.
  • Proficient use of MS applications, including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, alongside data analysis and dashboard presentation skills.
