About the Role

Hawksford is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing professional advice and support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our trust and company administration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration of Trust and Company Structures: You will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures, including those of a complex nature.
  • Annual Account Review: You will review annual accounts on client portfolios and work with bookkeepers and accountants to ensure correct information is recorded.
  • Reporting and Analysis: You will maintain the highest standards of administration, including the periodic production of reports and analyses to third parties.
  • Document Preparation: You will review periodic reports produced by professional advisers before approval by directors or trustees for submission to third parties.
  • Liaison and Communication: You will liaise with investment advisers, asset managers, and other professional advisers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Client Relationship Management: You will attend client meetings and develop a close working relationship with clients, identifying opportunities to provide additional services through the Hawksford network.
  • Confidentiality and Data Protection: You will maintain client confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies at all times.
  • Team Support: You will assist with the supervision and development of junior staff as required.
  • Coverage and Absence: You will cover Team Manager's and/or other administrator's portfolios of clients in absence of holiday/sickness if required.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: You will observe CDD at all times and record all time on the Company's time recording system.
  • Financial Targets: You will achieve financial targets as determined by management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in trust and company administration, financial services, or legal services environment.
  • Qualifications: Studying or qualified in CGI (ICSA) or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Skills: Proactive and forward-thinking, able to use initiative when handling tasks, committed and driven to achieving excellence for yourself and our clients.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, able to assist with the supervision and development of junior staff.
