Role Overview: As a Crew Team Leader at FatFace, you will be part of the management team and will have a clearly defined set of roles and responsibilities to ensure the safe running of the store, managing the team and ensuring we always deliver the best service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, utilising your knowledge to help customers find the best products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively at store level in a timely and positive manner.
  • Process POS transactions efficiently and attentively, thanking customers and building loyalty through opt-in at the POS.
  • Delegate tasks to team members and demonstrate day-to-day store running.
  • Understand commercial aspects of the retail business, reading reports, analysing data and making decisions.
  • Ensure the store is set to visual guidelines, contributing to company standards through product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping and seasonal launches or sale set-ups.
  • Safeguard the business through ensuring full compliance of policy, procedure, loss prevention and health & safety in the absence of management.
  • Keep up-to-date with company product, activity and promotions, implementing changes when required.

Requirements:
  • Proven ability to successfully lead a team, viewed as a leader among peers.
  • Experience in a customer service environment is essential.
  • Proven experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills.
  • Collaborative and positive can-do attitude, demonstrating confidence in taking the initiative and working under own direction.
  • Ability to work productively in a high-pressure environment, quickly learning new tasks and committing information to memory.
  • Team player, embracing every opportunity to be part of what's going on.
  • Great time management.
  • Demonstrates passionate commitment to the brand.
