About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join The Memcom Group, a leading professional membership body. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with corporate members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to increase revenue and expand our corporate membership base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate members, identifying new business opportunities and developing value propositions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, negotiating agreements and bringing on new subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage lead generation efforts and optimize CRM usage.
  • Develop a membership growth strategy for our global membership institute, aligning with other commercial revenue opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven business development experience, with a track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, networking, and CRM management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.
