We're working with an start-up that is already well established in the space, where you'll play a leading role in promoting and selling their family of diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities:

Our client is looking for an ambitious Business Development Director to join their UK-based team where you will work across both public and private healthcare, providing a great opportunity to excel in both areas. As the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for defining sales strategies, driving new business and managing existing accounts across the UK. As the role progresses, you will be responsible for a sales team, providing the chance to grow the department alongside the business. The client is a pioneering medical diagnostics start-up and in this rapidly growing sector, this is a great opportunity to join them on their journey.

To be considered for the role, you must match the following criteria:

  • 5+ years experience in medical diagnostic sales
  • Experience working in MedTech SME's
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Proven experience of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
