Job Title: Facilities and Projects Coordinator
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Facilities and Projects Coordinator to support our facilities and projects team in delivering successful projects and maintaining excellent customer service.
Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package and performance-related bonuses.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and facilitate project activities and tasks
- Assist in managing project documentation and records
- Provide administrative support to the facilities and projects team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Proven experience in administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
