Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Facilities and Projects Coordinator to support our facilities and projects team in delivering successful projects and maintaining excellent customer service.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package and performance-related bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate project activities and tasks
  • Assist in managing project documentation and records
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities and projects team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Basic IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
