Estimator/Surveyor - Commercial Interiors

Our client, a renowned supplier of wall and ceiling solutions, seeks a skilled estimator/surveyor to join their team. With over 50 years of experience in the commercial interior market, they specialize in delivering high-quality projects for clients in leisure, retail, education, industrial, and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed cost estimates by analyzing project plans and gathering quotes from contractors and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure estimates align with project plans.
  • Monitor project progress against estimates and schedules, and prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and cost control reports.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and financial health.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial interior fit-out, ceiling, and walls.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
