Job Title: Commercial Quantity Surveyor

A leading Installations and maintenance business based in the North West is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic and rapidly expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of the company's projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and submit detailed progress reports and financial statements.
  • Advise on procurement strategy and risk management.
  • Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a commercial manager / quantity surveyor.
  • Ideal candidate will have trained with a main contractor.
  • 2-3 years of experience post-graduation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team and also independently.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational and prioritising skills.
What We Offer:
  • Salary up to GBP45k, dependent upon experience.
  • Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, with a 3.30pm finish on a Friday.
