About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our Lettings Progression department. As a Property Progression Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting our team with administration tasks, ensuring seamless tenancy progression and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with administration work required for progressing new tenancies
  • Ensuring all supporting documents for landlords are received and uploaded to the database
  • Coordinating property cleanings, inventories, and utilities
  • Processing change of ownership on the system
  • Understanding and uploading building, content, rent insurance, and eviction cover policies
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients, suppliers, and customers
  • Completing other business administration duties and projects as assigned
