Supply Chain Manager Job Description

Our client, a fast-growing apparel business based in Swansea, is seeking an innovative and analytical Supply Chain Manager to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute supply chain capacity plans to meet global customer demand, including Amazon FBA and other platform warehouses.
  • Optimize inventory availability levels while ensuring cost efficiency online.
  • Analyze and strategize delivery costs across our fulfillment network.
  • Develop and improve prioritization logic to manage inventory constraints and competing demands.
  • Mitigate capacity risks by managing dependencies across multiple markets, ensuring clear communication of dependencies.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide workforce inputs.
  • Monitor and report regional performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Track record in Supply Chain and Logistical operations management.
  • The Supply Chain Manager is a full-time role based in Swansea.
