Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at The TalentPool Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing and executing supply chain capacity plans to meet global customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory availability levels while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Analyze and strategize delivery costs across our fulfillment network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide workforce inputs.
  • Monitor and report regional performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in supply chain and logistical operations management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex issues clearly and concisely.
  • High attention to detail, with proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required.
