Supply Chain Manager

The Talentpool Company is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Swansea. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing and executing supply chain capacity plans to meet global customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory availability levels while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Analyze and strategize delivery costs across our fulfillment network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide workforce inputs.
  • Monitor and report regional performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex issues clearly and concisely.
  • Experience working with production environment metrics (such as forecasting, efficiency, attendance, cost-per-units).
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high level of MS Excel.
  • Prior experience with the Amazon seller central ecosystem is a plus.
