Supply Chain Manager

The TalentPool Company is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Swansea. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing and executing supply chain capacity plans to meet global customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize inventory availability levels while ensuring cost efficiency online.
  • Analyze and strategize delivery costs across our fulfillment network.
  • Develop and improve prioritization logic to manage inventory constraints and competing demands.
  • Mitigate capacity risks by managing dependencies across multiple markets, ensuring clear communication of dependencies.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide workforce inputs.
  • Monitor and report regional performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
