We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Clinical Information System Unit Lead in Weston Intensive Care Unit.
About the RoleThis is a 12-month fixed-term post, covering maternity leave, working 7.5 hours per week (predominantly on Mondays). The successful candidate will be responsible for unit liaison, acting as a spokesperson and representative for the unit.
The role involves being the unit contact point for all things related to the Philips Clinical Information System (ICCA), facilitating its development to meet the unit's requirements, troubleshooting issues, and providing training to staff.
Key Responsibilities- Unit liaison and spokesperson
- Unit contact point for Philips Clinical Information System (ICCA)
- Facilitate system development to meet unit requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Philips Clinical Information System (ICCA)
- Organize and provide training for staff
- Create unit-specific documentation
- Develop an appreciation of basic configuration of the Philips Clinical Information System (ICCA)
The successful candidate will be flexible, well-organized, and possess excellent communication and listening skills. A desire to make a positive difference in improving workflow and workload, while maintaining a focus on the operational needs of the Clinical Information System, is essential.
