About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our Women's Health team in York and Scarborough. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and nursing care to women and their families, working closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth running of our units.
  • Assist with procedures and investigations, using your excellent communication skills to provide empathetic and sensitive care.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment, adhering to our high standards of patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to identify and address any safeguarding issues, escalating concerns as necessary.
