We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at WeDo RPO. As a Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client care

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in caregiving or related field is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes
  • Ability to pass a background check
