Nursing Support Associate

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a care assistant in nursing homes. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a rewarding career.
The successful candidate will have 6 months of experience in the last 2 years, preferably in a healthcare setting. The role involves monitoring patients' conditions, moving and handling them with care, providing personal care, serving meals, and showcasing compassion and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care, such as washing and maintaining personal hygiene.
- Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as eating and toileting.
- Reporting any changes in patients' conditions to medical staff.
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
