Residential Care Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Care Associate to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in nursing and residential homes.

About the Role:

  • Provide personal care, such as washing and maintaining personal hygiene, to residents with dignity and respect.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including serving meals and helping with feeding.
  • Monitor residents' conditions by taking vital signs, including temperatures, pulse, respirations, and weight.
  • Show compassion and empathy while interacting with residents, making them feel comfortable and supported.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a residential or nursing home environment.

Estimated Salary: £18-£20 per hour. Our competitive pay rates reflect the value we place on our staff's hard work and dedication.
