Academic Support Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Academic Support Coordinator to join our team at Brook Street. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to consultants, including handling enquiries, managing day-to-day administration, typing correspondence, and managing diaries. They will also be required to meet and greet customers and clients, answer phones and emails, and book appointments. Prior experience in a medical background is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage day-to-day administration, including typing correspondence and managing diaries
- Meet and greet customers and clients, and maintain a professional atmosphere
- Answer phones and emails, and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Book appointments and manage scheduling
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in a relevant field (e.g. administration, business, or healthcare)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
