About the Job:

Oxford Summer Courses seeks a Residential Learning Experience Manager to oversee the delivery of our academic programs. As the most senior member of staff on-site, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential centers.

This role requires exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team of staff and students.

You will be responsible for managing a team of program coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of our programs.

A key aspect of this role is to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a sense of community among students and staff.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, residential setting.
