**Job Description**

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Kitchen Manager to join our client's team on a temporary basis. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the existing team with Christmas Party nights and preparing for them in the run-up.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a sous chef or executive chef, with strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently. You will be required to work closely with the Head Chef and lead the kitchen team in their absence, providing guidance to junior kitchen staff members and ensuring company standards are met.

This assignment will last for 2 weeks, from Wednesday 4th December to Wednesday 18th December, inclusive. Straight shifts will be offered, and accommodation is not available for this assignment. Therefore, you must be able to commute to the Slough area daily to be considered for this temporary assignment.

About the Client

Our client is a well-established events and wedding venue based just outside of Slough in Berkshire. They are seeking a reliable and experienced Executive Kitchen Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

The Executive Kitchen Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the existing team with Christmas Party nights
  • Preparing for Christmas Party nights in the run-up
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and leading the kitchen team
  • Providing guidance to junior kitchen staff members

Salary
