Gather & Gather is seeking a highly motivated Kitchen Supervisor to manage our culinary operations at Ditton Park. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the head chef/ chef manager to direct food preparation
  • Overseeing and supervising the kitchen staff
  • Assisting with menu planning, inventory, and supply management
  • Cover in absence of Head Chef/Chef Manager

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £33,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location of Ditton Park. Our benefits package includes:
