Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Test Engineer to join our dynamic technical team at Dexory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, prototype builds, and HIL testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement HIL test systems for various robotic components and systems.
  • Provide continuous support and troubleshooting assistance for fully built robots.
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on system requirements and specifications.
  • Configure HIL setups to replicate real-world scenarios and perform validation and verification of control systems and software.
  • Analyze test results, identify issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
  • Document test procedures, test results, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve HIL test processes and methodologies to enhance test efficiency and coverage.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in HIL testing and robotics technologies.
  • Provide technical support and training to junior team members and other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HIL testing, preferably in a robotics or automotive environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HIL test systems.
  • Experience with robotic systems, sensors, and actuators is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems and real-time control systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++.
  • Experience with communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Ethernet, SPI, I2C).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to robotics.
