Spa Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at the Roe Park Resort, a luxurious golf and spa resort in Northern Ireland.
As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality treatments to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver designated treatments thoroughly, professionally, and efficiently, adhering to established procedures.
- Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and provide a high level of hospitality, guiding them to the relaxation area.
- Be aware of all sales outlets within the establishment and promote them to guests, highlighting available treatments and products.
- Provide professional advice to guests on product usage and sales, maintaining a high level of product knowledge through continuous training.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Assist in regular stock-takings and maintain accurate stock control procedures.
- Use correct dosages of professional products and maintain store cupboards in good order.
- Be aware of company promotions and maintain the highest standard of hygiene in all treatment rooms and areas.
- Assist with spa duties, including laundry, food replenishment, and cleaning.
- Attend to any other duties as requested by your manager.
- Report any complaints or faults to the manager on duty.
- Adhere to a flexible work schedule to ensure uninterrupted service to hotel guests.
- Comply with the standards and operation procedures manual.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Knowledge of spa treatments and products.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
