Spa Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at the Roe Park Resort. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a wide range of spa treatments to our guests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality spa treatments to guests, including massages, facials, and body treatments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including our range of spa products and treatments.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the spa team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a spa or wellness environment.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
