Audit Manager

Join RS Group plc as an experienced Audit Manager to lead our Group Operational Audit function. This pivotal role will be responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of operational audits both in the UK and overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct operational audits to assess the design and effectiveness of operational and financial controls, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Identify risk areas and offer solutions to mitigate potential issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with functions across the group to enhance the overall risk management framework.
- Support a high-performing operational audit team, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
About the Role:
- Experience in external/internal audit and risk management.
- Understanding of internal audit methodologies, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or a professional certification.
- Experience presenting and explaining reports to senior-level management.
