Are you an experienced Sister/Charge Nurse looking to take on a new challenge in nursing leadership? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to lead a dynamic team within a prestigious private hospital in Greater London. As a Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the ward, providing clinical leadership, and ensuring excellence in patient care. With a strong understanding of ward management and a flexible approach to shift patterns, you will thrive in this role.

The Role:
* Lead a team of nurses in delivering high-quality patient care
* Manage ward resources effectively, ensuring efficiency and productivity
* Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff members
* Enhance patient satisfaction through excellent customer service skills

* A competitive salary (£65,000 - £80,000 per annum) depending on experience
