About This Job

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Senior Registered Nurse to lead our Pre-Assessment unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centred care and enhancing patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deputise for the Sister/Charge Nurse when required, leading clinical shifts and overseeing operations.
  • Ensure individualised care plans are in place and tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Promote a culture of safety and quality care, speaking up when concerns arise.

Your Skills and Qualifications

We require an individual with a strong track record in nursing, including at least 18 months post-registration experience in a similar role. You should be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a BSc in Nursing or equivalent, and hold current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse. A mentorship qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent) to guide junior team members is also desirable.
