Higher Education Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Higher Education Risk Consultant to join our team at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of health and safety and risk management consultancy services to our clients in the higher education sector.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective risk management strategies for our clients.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Deliver training events and workshops on various health and safety and risk management topics.
- Analyze claims information and generate detailed analytical reports for clients.
- Support the development of guidance materials and policies for clients.
- Operate and update internal administrative client management and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the health and safety of all employees.
- NEBOSH / IOSH Qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience in Higher Education Risk Management and Health and Safety Practices.
- Familiarity with legal liability principles and processes.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Flexible mindset and ability to adapt to new information and ideas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
