About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Professional to join our team as a Higher Education Risk Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of health and safety and risk management consultancy services to our clients in the Higher Education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting risk assessments and formulating risk management strategies to ensure the health and safety of students, staff, and visitors.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on health and safety regulations and best practices to clients.
  • Developing and delivering training events on various health and safety topics to ensure compliance and awareness.
  • Analyzing claims information statistically and generating detailed analytical reports for clients.
  • Supporting the business in providing advice and guidance to ensure the health and safety of all employees.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH / IOSH Qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience in Higher Education Risk Management and Health and Safety Practices.
  • Familiarity with legal liability principles and processes.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Flexible mindset and ability to adapt to new information and ideas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
