About the Job:
We are currently recruiting for a Knowledge and Evidence Specialist to join our team at the Scottish Wildlife Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of protecting Scotland's wildlife and natural heritage by developing and implementing evidence-based conservation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Knowledge and Evidence Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing knowledge management systems to support conservation efforts.
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform conservation decisions.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement evidence-based conservation strategies.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A strong background in conservation science or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits:
You can expect to receive a competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000, as well as a range of benefits, including hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
