About the Role

Wilkinson And Associates is seeking a Lead Finance Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis and credit assessment to support lending decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and financial skills, with a deep understanding of corporate and commercial sectors. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to work closely with risk, corporate, and institutional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth credit and financial analysis to support lending decisions and portfolio management.
  • Credit Assessment: Act as a subject matter expert, offering strategic insights on complex transactions and client engagements.
  • Risk Management: Work closely with risk, corporate, and institutional teams to implement risk management frameworks and processes.
  • Mentorship: Mentor team members and contribute to improving credit approval processes.
