We are looking for a skilled Building Cost Estimator to join our team at We are Footprint in Preston / Lancs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, ensuring that the project is completed within its projected budget.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years construction experience and be responsible for various construction projects across the Lancashire area. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labour, and overheads.
  • Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of projects from a financial perspective.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate pricing and budgeting.

A salary of approximately £62,500 per annum is available for this role, which includes a company pension, flexitime, on-site parking, bonus scheme, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
