Job Description:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor with HBF Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in managing build costs for new housing schemes throughout the Northwest. Your responsibilities will include producing site start budgets, procuring subcontract trades, and managing payments to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate cost forecasts and budgets for construction projects.
  • Procure subcontractors by sourcing best value options while adhering to prequalification criteria.
  • Manage payment processes to ensure compliance with agreed terms and schedules.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to review and agree monthly site valuations.
  • Maintain regular communication with subcontractors through meetings and reviews.

Requirements:
  • BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus benefits.
