Job Opportunity: HR Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our HR centre of excellence, you will play a crucial role in driving the HR data agenda forward and creating dashboards and reports for the first time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleanse and manipulate HR data using Excel and/or PowerBI
  • Build HR dashboards to provide insights and support business decisions
  • Support the launch of our new HRIS system and ensure it provides the necessary metrics
  • Work with the HR Leadership Team to identify key people metrics and develop a long-term plan
  • Pull and present HR data reports to the HR Leadership Team and organisational Board
  • Collaborate with the Reward Manager on data-driven projects, including Gender Pay Gap and National Living Wage
  • Advise the Head of People Services on the potential of people data and help shape the future plan for people metrics

About the Role:

This is a standalone role that will require a high level of autonomy and self-motivation. You will work closely with a well-respected HR team and have the opportunity to make a real impact on the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong Excel and/or PowerBI skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
