HR Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As an HR Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS systems and employee databases
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and trends to stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR business partners to identify and prioritize data-driven initiatives
- Provide data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR stakeholders to ensure data needs are met
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR data analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of HR metrics and analytics
- Experience with HRIS systems and employee databases
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
