Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR centre of excellence, you will play a crucial role in driving the HR data agenda forward and creating dashboards and reports that will make a real difference to our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanse and manipulate HR data using Excel and/or PowerBI
  • Build HR dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
  • Support the launch of our new HRIS system and ensure it provides the metrics needed to drive business success
  • Work with the HR Leadership Team to identify key people metrics and develop a long-term plan for data-driven decision-making
  • Pull and present HR data reports to the HR Leadership Team and organisational Board
  • Collaborate with the Reward Manager to develop data-driven solutions for Reward-specific projects
  • Advise the Head of People Services on the potential of people data to drive business growth and develop a future plan for people metrics
