Job Title: Cover Teacher for Primary School in Preston

The Veritas Education Recruitment team is seeking a skilled Part-Time PPA teacher to join their team in the Preston area. This role will involve working across Key Stage 1 and lower Key Stage 2, with the opportunity to continue beyond the academic year if successful.

We are looking for a candidate who can provide a positive and engaging learning environment, with strong behaviour management skills and the ability to deliver interactive lessons that consistently engage the class. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and supporting students in Key Stage 1 and lower Key Stage 2
  • Developing and implementing effective lesson plans to meet the needs of all students
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Able to provide a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members

Salary: £100-£175 per day (dependent on pay scale)
