We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Event Planner and Care Professional to join our team at Colten Care. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a calendar of engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

About the Position

This full-time position involves working 40 hours per week, with alternate weekend shifts and varied hours to cover breakfast clubs through to early evening activities. The role requires flexibility and adaptability, as well as a commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating fun and inclusive experiences, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our management team, colleagues, and external partners to ensure the smooth delivery of activities and events.

Key Responsibilities

Estimated Salary: £19,088 - £20,000 per annum (£94 per hour), based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming 52 weeks of work per year.
