Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team in the South of England. As a key member of our sales and project delivery team, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and concluding commercial contracts, as well as undertaking commercial risk reviews and recording them in commercial reports and contract summaries.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Undertaking commercial risk reviews and recording them in commercial reports and contract summaries
- Supporting sales and project delivery teams to meet customer requirements and manage delivery risks
- Ensuring optimal commercial outcomes for our customers
- Supporting post-contract activity, including upstream and downstream management of complex projects
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience operating in a commercial/contract management role within the Construction or Mechanical & Electrical industry. You will also need to have a level of understanding of the energy industry and commercial awareness of energy technologies and solutions.
