Job Title: Operations ManagerThis role requires an experienced Operations Manager to provide leadership and operational management support to Office Equipment Systems Ltd. The successful candidate will oversee office operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and driving process improvements to support strategic objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide Leadership: Ensure the delivery of high-quality services, define and execute the operational strategy, lead changes to enhance efficiency, and act as an ambassador for the company.
- Manage Service Delivery: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure timely and efficient service delivery, develop and refine procedures to optimise service quality, and maintain systems for accurate reporting.
- Ensure Governance and Risk Management: Comply with health and safety, HR, and other statutory obligations, manage operational risks, and address issues promptly.
- Oversee Workforce Management: Manage operational staff performance, team culture and engagement, promote a positive work environment, and manage HR activities.
- Manage Financial Resources: Ensure effective financial management of operations, working with the Head of Finance to develop budgets and monitor expenditures, and ensure resources are used efficiently.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000.
