We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Services Coordinator to join our team at Anchors Hanover. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, customer service, and administration, with a focus on providing exceptional support to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Catering Department, including data entry, reporting, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate events and activities, such as resident birthdays, weddings, and special occasions.
  • Assist with menu planning, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality, Customer Service, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a care home setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with residents and staff.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and hospitality software.
  • Estimated salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.
