Financial Support Specialist

TSR Legal is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team in Swansea. As a key member of our EMEA Finance team, you will provide financial and business support to our global operations, collaborating closely with our US Accounts Payable Team and other stakeholders to ensure accurate allocation, reconciliation, and processing of all financial transactions in line with department budgets.
Main Responsibilities:- Accounts Receivable / Credit Control: Generate weekly unpaid reports and manage internal processes for unpaid fees, maintain the weekly voucher report, tracking prepaid customer amounts.
- Accounts Payable: Process all EMEA payments, including supplier invoices and Wire Transfer Forms, coordinate with the US Accounts Payable team for timely execution, validate and assist with Purchase Order requests.
- Other Responsibilities: Accurately enter financial data into company systems, analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and summarizing details as needed, collaborate with teams for finance forms and provide training, handle various ad-hoc accounting tasks and general office duties, provide backup support for the Facilities Coordinator as needed.
